Victoria Means
Victoria Means, owner of Community Grocers Inc. DBA Three Forks Marketplace, brings over three decades of retail and grocery management expertise to her role. Her career began at Walmart, where she helped launch one of Tennessee's first superstore locations in Lebanon. She further developed her retail acumen during a 10+ year tenure at H.G. Hill Food Stores, where she met her future husband Kevin Means, whom she married in 2016.
Victoria challenged industry norms by excelling in meat cutting and market management, roles not often held by women. Her skill, dedication, and leadership earned her widespread respect among her colleagues, demonstrating what women could achieve in the grocery industry.
As Store Manager at Community Grocers under Bill Shults' ownership, Victoria drove unprecedented sales growth and profitability during her eight-year tenure. After briefly exploring banking, her passion for grocery retail led her back to Community Grocers Inc., which she acquired in January 2023. Under her ownership, the business has achieved consistent success through strategic innovations and operational improvements. Victoria resides in Tennessee.
