Theresa joined Fareway Stores, Inc., in 2011 supporting the organization as a Human Resources Generalist. Since that time, she has held positions of increasing responsibility and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources. 

Prior to joining Fareway Stores, Inc., Theresa was with Electrolux Home Products as a Human Resources Generalist at the Webster City, IA, facility where company manufactured washers and dryers. She also provided Human Resources support to their Jefferson, IA, facility where components for the washing machines were built.

Over the years, Theresa has served on a variety of committees and boards including United Way of Boone County, Boone Area Humane Society, and the American Heart Association Des Moines Go Red for Women Executive Leadership Team.

Theresa holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Iowa State University, Ames, IA, and received her MBA from Upper Iowa University. She holds both PHR (Professional Human Resources) and SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resources Management – Certified Professional) certifications.
