Tamara Fleming was named Director of Sales in August 2019 with responsibility for the Natural channel.  She moved to Sales Planning in August 2021 where she was Director of National Planning & Customer Engagement for the Cleaning Division.  Currently, Tamara is responsible for the East and West and Wholesale Grocery customers, Drug, Natural Channels and Shopper Marketing.  

Tamara joined Clorox in 2007 as a National Account Manager in the Northeast/Central region on the Sears/Kmart Team. Since then, she has held a variety of roles in the grocery & natural channel, drug and sales planning.  Prior to Clorox, Tamara worked at Procter & Gamble and The Gillette Company.    

She serves on 100 Women Who Care and is a member of Network of Executive Women.  

While a native of Minnesota, she spent 20 years in Lakewood, IL.  Tamara holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from St. Mary’s University.  She currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and four kids.
