Sarah Brennan
Sarah Brennan is the Sustainability Coordinator and Board Administrator for the Brattleboro Food Co-op. She began her career with a management consulting firm that helped large corporations understand, articulate and act on the strategic business advantage of sustainability. From there, she trained community leaders in civic engagement, managed stakeholder outreach for town planning initiatives, and administered numerous community development grants. Along the way, she picked up an M.S. in Environmental Science from Antioch University New England, where she focused on building sustainable communities and organizations. After 35 years in corporate, non-profit, and municipal government settings, she’s happy to report that working at a community-based food co-op is the way to go.
