Morgan Kahl has spent the last 12 years working at Sendik's Food Markets, an independent grocer based in Southeastern Wisconsin, and is currently acting as a Store Director at one of their 18 locations. In this position, she oversees the entire operational productivity of the store including the financials and associate engagement. With starting in retail at such a young age, she has grown up learning the ins and outs of the business. Nothing excites her more than working for a company that allows her teams to provide the best customer service, the highest quality products, and the ability to continue to learn and grow in the industry.
