Lucelena Angarita is Director of Supply Chain Visibility at GS1 US, working with companies across retail, food and health sectors to increase data quality, operational efficiencies, and gain full supply chain visibility as they leverage GS1 Standards. She is an Industrial Engineer and Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt, with over 22 years’ experience in process improvement, and 12+ years’ experience in Food Safety & Quality.  Prior to GS1 US, she led the implementation of an end-to-end traceability system for the Subway Restaurant system.
