Kelly Pearse is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Sendik's Food Markets, a family-owned grocery chain dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience. With 18 stores across southeastern Wisconsin, Sendik's has consistently been recognized as a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel "Top Workplace" since 2012.

Kelly brought her passion for excellence and commitment to employee well-being back to the grocery industry in 2023 after fifteen years in higher education. She is a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with a clear vision and unwavering dedication to her team, championing Sendik's focus on fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Kelly holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Alverno College, a Master's in Education from Carroll University, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
