Jan van den Wijngaard is a fourth-generation member of the Van den Wijngaard family and a seasoned business developer at Wijngaard Kaas, a renowned Dutch cheese company. With a strong background in international business and product management, Jan has been instrumental in driving growth, innovation, and market expansion for the company.

Since joining Wijngaard Kaas BV, Jan has held various roles, including Junior Product/Account Manager, Product Manager, and Account Manager, before stepping into his current role as Business Developer at Foods International in January 2024. His expertise spans product development, customer relationship management, and strategic business planning, all of which contribute to the company’s continued success in the competitive dairy industry.

Jan holds a Master’s in Business Administration from TIAS School for Business and Society and a degree in International Business and Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht. His education, coupled with his deep-rooted passion for the family business, enables him to bridge tradition with innovation, ensuring Wijngaard Kaas remains at the forefront of the cheese industry.
