For Dierbergs Markets, a 25-store family-owned grocer in St. Louis, MO, I manage an in-house agency and key media and technology partners, all tasked with developing on-trend and forward-thinking consumer-targeted programs. Always up for a challenge, I’m evolving into more tech-based efforts, aimed at defining how we capture and translate the spirt of our in-store customer service into the numerous digital channels our customers use on a daily basis.
